Building a new habit is always a challenge especially when consistency is key to lay down new neural pathways. One of the biggest challenges for us was that we couldn’t find the right track. Sure, we could settle for an okay track but ultimately this meant we were less willing to come back every day. It got dull. So the habit slipped.
